Climate Care Network (CCN), established in November 2023, is a youth-led nonprofit dedicated to empowering young people to lead climate solutions. We work with marginalized communities to restore ecosystems, promote climate education, and advocate for just and sustainable livelihoods, creating a future where both people and the planet thrive.
